3. Sensory & Occupational Performance Assessment + Liaison with school or workplace – €1,500

If you reach out we can accommodate your request quickly. This involves visiting your home, assessing the environment, and providing a written report ready for submission within a one week turnaround.
Absolutely! If you are just feeling a little bit lost in relation to how to support yourself or a loved one, in relation to helping them live the best life that they can, book in for a session and we can figure it out together. Some people benefit from just one or two sessions for guidance, while others prefer a short block of support over a number of weeks.
Online Occupational Therapy support sessions are delivered online and are typically 50–60 minutes in length.
There is no obligation to commit to a package—sessions can be booked as needed.
You might benefit from Occupational Therapy if everyday tasks feel more difficult than they should, or if sensory, physical, or organisational challenges are impacting daily life, school, or work.
No referral is required, you can book directly with Oak Tree OT.
The first session focuses on understanding your needs and goals. This includes a detailed discussion and, where appropriate, observation or assessment. From there, we begin to identify practical strategies tailored to you.
Housing Assessments are only one session long and a report is then provided.
Sensory Assessments, depending on the tier chosen, are generally at least two sessions up to multiple sessions.
Online sessions can be once off or ongoing, dependent on client requirement.
A consultation provides guidance, strategies, and professional input without a formal report. A full assessment is more in-depth and includes standardised tools, detailed analysis, and a written report that can be used for school, workplace, or grant applications.
For housing adaptation assessments, a contribution towards the cost of the report (typically €250) may be available through your local authority as part of the grant process. For other services, this depends on your individual insurance provider - check with your health insurance provider if Occupational Therapy is covered.
